LEGAL ENTITIES

The advanced qualified digital certificate for legal entities is the entry point to e-business with most banks in Slovenia and foreign banks. According to your authorizations it enables you to monitor and control your finances on your company's account. This means that you can electronically conduct domestic and foreign payment services for you parent company and all subsidiaries at home and abroad. The advanced qualified digital certificate also enables the so called International Cash Management with a selected bank abroad, however, this only applies to certain banks.

Upon the presentation of a valid identity document the legal representative of the company personally submits documentation at one of the authorized registration authorities of Halcom CA.

3. Receive
On the basis of the received documentation, Halcom CA issues the pro-forma invoice. When the pro-forma invoice is paid, the holder receives in two separate mailings:
  • Passwords (PIN and PUK codes)
  • A copy of the digital certificate and a USB smart card/key

Upon submitting a valid personal document, the legal representative of the company personaly submits the documentation at Halcom d.d. headquarters.

On the basis of the received documentation, Halcom CA issues the pro-forma invoice. When the pro-forma invoice is paid, the holder receives in two separate mailings:
  • Passwords (PIN and PUK codes)
  • A copy of the digital certificate and a USB smart card/key

At a notary or an administrative unit, the legal representative of the company authenticates his signature an the overall request and then sends the documentation via post to Halcom d.d., Tržaška 118, 1000 Ljubljana.

On the basis of the received documentation, Halcom CA issues the pro-forma invoice. When the pro-forma invoice is paid, the holder receives in two separate mailings:
  • Passwords (PIN and PUK codes)
  • A copy of the digital certificate and a USB smart card/key

INDIVIDUALS

Using your digital certificate you can access you electronic bank, deliver forecast for personal income tax assessment, and use e-government services or access an e-gradebook.

Upon submitting a valid personal document, the prospective digital certificate holder personally submits the documentation at Halcom d.d. headquarters or at UniCredit Bank.
3. Receive
When the pro-forma invoice is paid, Halcom CA sends the holder:
  • For advanced qualified digital certificate (in two separate mailings):
    • Passwords (PIN and PUK codes) and
    • Smart card / USB key
  • For standard qualified digital certificate
    • Password for downloading digital certificate

Ordering a qualified digital certificate

In accordance with the Accounting Low, entrepreneurs and micro-enterprises (all double-entry bookkeeping) are required to submit the financial statements for the year 2015 to Serbian Business Registers Agency until 29 February 2016. Reports should be in digital form, signed by a qualified digital certificate. Financial statements may be submitted only by legal representative of a legal entity.

If you still don’t own your digital certificate, you can get it in your bank or directly from the certification authority Halcom BG CA.

If you choose to order Halcom qualified digital certificate directly from us, you can do it in three simple steps:

STEP 1

For ordering qualified digital certificate, on the smart card ONE FOR ALL, fill the documentation

  • Fill the General Order (CA 1 Q)
  • For every person you order a certificate you have to fill out a request for qualified digital certificate (CA 2 Q)
  • Provide a copy of Serbian Business Registers Agency, not older than 6 months, respectively, other appropriate register of legal entities
  • For every person you order the qualified digital certificate, do a copy of a personal identification document (ID)
  • Attach a PEPDV copy (confirmation of tax ID)

STEP 2

Necessary documentation, for obtaining qualified digital certificate, send to address: Halcom ad, Beogradska 39, 11000 Belgrade.

When you deliver (in person or by post) complete documentation (as specified in the previous step), pro forma invoice will be sent by e-mail on address you provided in the CA1 Q form. Please check your spam (junk e-mail), just to be sure that pro forma invoice is not there.

If Halcom qualified digital certificate is provided from some of the banks, registered for issuing certificates, submit documents to the bank.

STEP 3

Takeover your qualified digital certificate.

We will create your qualified digital certificate, after submitted documents and paid invoice.

The certificate will be delivered by courier service City Express, on the address specified in CA1Q form.

You can take the certificate personally in the Halcom, Beogradska 39, Belgrade, 3rd floor (intercom CA), every working day (Mon-Fri) from 8:30 to 16:30h.

Delivery of certificates is only possible personally to the owner of certificate, with mandatory identification with personal identification documents. If the owner of certificate isn’t present during delivery, the certificate will not be delivered.

On delivery package you get:

  • Qualified digital certificate on the smart card ONE FOR ALL
  • An envelope with a PIN code
  • CD for installation Nexus Personal program
  • Instructions for activation and installation
  • The original invoice

Here you can order qualified digital certificate for individuals.

Qualified digital certificate for individuals allows online business on several portals (Tax Administration, Central Register of Mandatory Social Security, eGovernment Portal, Customs Administration ...), but doesn’t allow business in Hal E-Bank Personal/Corporate/B2B solutions. .With this certificate, in your own name, and on behalf of a legal entity that you represent, you can do the duties in accordance with regulations of various institutions in Republic of Serbia.
