Certificate renewal of qualified digital certificate for legal entities

Qualified digital certificate renewal can be ordered by clicking   Renewal

Certificate renewal can be ordered in browsers Internet Explorer 10 or newer version, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
Short instructions:
Step 1
Insert USB key or smartcard in smartcard reader and click  START.

Step 2
A dialogue for selecting a digital certificate opens. Select the correct digital certificate and confirm by clicking OK.

Step 3
In the next dialogue enter your PIN code (password for accessing your e-bank) and confirm it by clicking Verify my identity.

Step 4 *(check notes)
Choose the media type for digital renewal and click on the picture to choose the media.

Step 5 *(check notes)
A dialogue for confirming the legal representative is opened:
  • Mark *I hereby declare that the legal entity representative has been informed about the online order of a qualified digital certificate ONE FOR ALL and the existing HAlcom CA PO2 or Halcom CA PO 3 policy (Required field).
  • Choose legal representative, who was informed about the online order of a qualified digital certificate ONE FOR ALL. If legal representative is not possible to be choosed, type in his name and click PROCEED.

Step 6
Check the e-mail address for the digital certificate and than click PROCEED.

Step 7
A dialogue "To receive the invoice to another e-mail address, type your e-mail (optional)" is opened
  • Enter e-mail address, to receive the invoice to another e-mail address.
  • Enter the telephone number of plenipotentiary and click PROCEED.

Step 8.1 **(check notes)

Check the datails of the entered data of the company and plenipotentiary and click PROCEED.

Check the datails of the entered data of the company and plenipotentiary and click PROCEED.

Setp 9

Sign the order by clicking SIGN.

Step 10

A dialogue for signing the order is opened. Click OK.

Step 11

You have successfully signed the document. Click OK.

Step 12

Check statement signature and click SIGN.

Step 13

Dialogue for signing the order is opened. Click OK.

Step 14

You have successfully signed the document. Click OK.

Step 15

Confirm the order by clicking SEND.

Step 16

A dialogue THANK YOU FOR THE ORDER is opened. Click DOWNLOAD INVOICE.

*ONLY FOR USERS WHO ALREADY RENEWED THEIR DIGITAL CERTIFICATE.

** ONLY FOR USERS WHO WHO HAVE NOT RENEWED THEIR DIGITAL CERTIFICATE YET.
