Remote assistance (ISL Light) allows Halcom employees to connect to user's computer via internet and help with problem solving.

Halcom is obliged to protect data obtained by remote access to the client’s computer.

Halcom is using the client’s data acquired by remote access solely for provision of additional support for its software products and in no case and under no circumstances could be held liable for any damage resulting from loss of data or any information as a result of implementation of additional support services in remote mode.
